I fixed the attempt to show dialog in non-ui thread. The dialog will report the problem in
ui thread when it is available. I also made checks that resolve the problem in a safe way
when it is possible which makes dialog unnecessary. That, I think solves this issue. If
ever this dialog appears, and its appearance strikes as weird, new issue should be
created.

The dialog was intended for a case, when file is removed externally, while model object is
modified. At present, that is intercepted by similar service in Eclipse, so that our
dialog should not appear.
If it ever appears, it will have text 'File {0} is removed from the disk.\n Do you
want to save your changes?' and buttons "Yes", "No".
