Minimum steps to fix this are:
- Show 'Close' button;
- State that there is c:\DeveloperPlatform\inatll.log file to check for errors;
- Report to user through UI the error message or error number (if we can get error from
the server side).
Installer - When an install fails, the install UI simply stops - the
user is not presented with a cancel/quit button

See the attached screenshot - the install has failed - the only option for the user is to
close the installer window.
