When I use new "Seam Generated Entities" option I do not need to execute a
"clean" build for the example to function properly. Everything seems to
function fine with normal publish.
When I use "New Form" or "New-Action" I need to do a "clean"
publish for the changes to take effect. Before doing a "clean" publish the new
pages will show, but will throw a seam exception because it can not associate the new
bean/component.

Right after release I noticed some problems with incremental deployment, however it was
entirely related to deploying things from the Project Archives View.
If the user is using the WTP method of deploying, I am not sure why this would be taking
place.
Do you think you could attach a base project I can use to test with, and then specific
instructions on how to replicate the issue? I hate to put more of a burden on you, but if
you can ti would really speed up debugging.

The projects created by jbds and seam are pretty huge (85mb) for the one I was using. If
you just want the .project file no big deal. Otherwise it might be best if you created a
new seam project on your box.
I doubt this is related to the specific seam or EAP version we were using so any should be
fine. I just created a new seam ear project and attempted to access it through EAP.

Resolution: Cannot Reproduce Bug
I just tested this, even on my slow machine, and I can't reproduce it. I got a new
seam project, added 3 actions, did the hibernate stuff, basically did everything in the
handson lab, and everything incrementally deploys absolutely perfect for me.
Honestly,.the onyl thing I can think of is that you do not have your JMX accessible.
There's a few lines of code which tell JBoss *NOT* to scan deployments and changes
while JBoss Tools is still publishing. if your JMX is not accessible, then JBoss
doesn't get this message and attempts to scan while the tooling is publishing.
If there is a problem here, it is much more generic than New Action or New Form and has to
do with my interactions / deployment with JBoss as a whole. I'm going to close this
issue as "Cannot Reproduce" and we'll see if QA can reproduce it.
