Making heay use of <ui:composition template="xyz.xhtml"> and <ui:insert name="abc"/> and <ui:define="abc">. If there is at level 1 template a ui:insert, and at level 2 there isn't a matching name ui:define, then Exadel Studio 4.0.4 stops rendering there. Facelets running on the server, however, as used with Seam 1.2 on JBoss 4.0.5, happily picks up if at level 3 there is a matching name ui:define, and renders a complete page.
