This issue was found during verification of JBIDE-11174
I had few seam projects with few different seam runtimes, I just started the Studio and
began deleting seam runtimes one by one.

Cannot reproduce. The code that access 'List<SeamRuntime> removed' looks
quite safe. Daniel, please reproduce this exception in your environment, and give steps.
