It is a xml file that can be parsed with the com.sun.syndication plugin. Those feeds are shown within the News section. There are buttons in the header and News section that open http://planet.jboss.org/view/all in a browser. The url contains a html file that can't be parsed using the com.sun.syndication plugin.
