I talked to the deltacloud guys and they say that this is due to the fact that an instance
that is RUNNING only is certain to have its hardware running. The OS might not be booted
properly yet. In consequence we'll have to poll the SSH port to make sure SSH is
available before we try to connect with RSE to it.

Rob implemented an additional Job when he creates the instance. This job polls the
SSH-port of the new instance and launches RSE as soons as the port gets available.
