Changed server side config property to "loadBalancingGroup".
Reassigning to JFC to handle mod_cluster-manager.
The MCMP CONFIG command will continue to use the parameter "Domain".

In AS7, the term "domain" will be used to refer to a unit of management. To
preempt any future confusion, we should deprecate this term and replace it with something
else - TBD. Affects both code, configuration, and docs.
