> I want to deploy 22 VDBs, but only 11 VDBs are set to ACTIVE state.
> This problem is random. It seems that it depends on the platform.
> All VDBs are set to ACTIVE state on my machine, but only a part of the VDBs are activated in the lab (RHEL 6.5 x64).
> Restart doesn't fix the problem.

> Perform the server installation steps as part of the build and add the result to the downloads page. It seems like this is something that everyone who isn't using the embedded kit has to do anyways, and would hopefully eliminate confusion caused by people trying to deploy the runtime in unsupported versions of JBoss.
> * Teiid Runtime
> * Teiid Web Console
> * JBoss EAP 6.1 Alpha
> * Resteasy JAX-RS Patch
> End result would simplify the installation process to:
> 1. Unzip Teiid server.
> 2. Run `bin/add-user.sh` script.
> 3. Deploy custom translators, VDB, etc.

[JBoss JIRA] (TEIID-2848) MongoDB: Provide Array support
by Ivan Chan (JIRA)
[ https://issues.jboss.org/browse/TEIID-2848?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin... ]
Ivan Chan commented on TEIID-2848:
----------------------------------
Hi, I can't get it to work. I have a document like the following:
{ "_id": { "$oid" : "52e99e1f15ed1a0064000001" },
"name": "Rosalind Lutece",
"products": "ADAM",
"array": [ "String", 6, true, "01/29/2014 16:37 -08:00", 99 ] }
And I create a schema like:
CREATE FOREIGN TABLE customers (
id varchar(25) PRIMARY KEY,
name varchar(25),
products varchar(25),
array object[]
) OPTIONS(UPDATABLE 'TRUE');
And I ran into the following exception:
org.teiid.metadata.ParseException: TEIID30386 org.teiid.api.exception.query.QueryParserException: TEIID31100 Parsing error: Encountered "25), [*]array[*] object[" at line 5, column 5.
Was expecting: "constraint" | "foreign" | "primary" | "unique" | id
I am using Teiid 8.8.1
Thanks,
Ivan

> Provide array support for primitive data types in MongoDB translator. The arrays are supported but as embedded documents in the one-2-many situation.
