There are two undocumented env vars to enable source query logging,
{{LOGGING_LEVEL_ORG_TEIID_COMMAND_LOG}} and {{LOGGING_LEVEL_ORG_TEIID_COMMAND_LOG_SOURCE}}
. These should be documented to allow debugging of query-level issues.
