Once we move the teiid-security security domain from the legacy security to elytron all
the doc references to that will need to be updated including login module related stuff
(oauth, saml, ldap, etc.) - as I look over the amount of work that involves I'm
don't think it's worth fully doing. I'll instead just document replacing it
with an elytron teiid-security security domain and what docs to follow from there.
