IS DISTINCT FROM has some support in Teiid, but would need additional logic to support
pushdown. The other constructs could be worked around by adding source functions. As
first class concepts we would likely want to add engine support as well.

Impala post-2.5 supports several operations that should be pushed down.
As a user I would like to be able to use the following SQL operations and have them
pushed down in my queries using the Impala translator:
ILIKE
IREGEXP
IS DISTINCT FROM
RLIKE
--
