Resolution: Done
fixed the sort node/sort utility. also addressed performance concerns of larger dup
removals by making the algorithm block for progressively more sublists. initial low
latency remains unchanged.

Non-blocking dup removal batches are mishandled by the SortNode, since it expects batches
to not overlap. Also the SortUtility incorrectly includes duplicates since the master
sort tuple may be marked as a duplicate, but it's pair is not.
