The minishift prerequisite indicates a min version of 3.9+, but minishift is currently at
v1.31.0. So not sure what the true minimum version of minishift that's required.
But I'll upgrade mine (@1.25.+) to the latest and test from there.
The doc should be updated to indicate that the 3.9+ means the version of openshift.

The VDB that is defined using xml should be converted to using DDL to define the VDB.
