Customer requested all of the below syntax be supported, can these be added as well?
FETCH LAST FROM cursor_name
FETCH ABSOLUTE fetch_when FROM cursor_name
FETCH RELATIVE fetch_when FROM cursor_name
FETCH cursor_name
FETCH FIRST FROM cursor_name

Executing syntax "FETCH cursorname" results in parsing error like [1].
Instead, syntax like "FETCH 1 IN cursorname" has been used as a workaround.
