Resolution: Done
Added the NO ROW DELIMITER option so that fixed parsing won't assume the use of a row
delimiter. This option can also be used in other circumstances, such as with line
wrapping by also increasing the length of any column affected by a newline.
Also added the fixed width column NO TRIM option to preserve leading/trailing whitespace
for situations where it may be meaningful.
Allow for the parsing of fixed width files that don't use
delimiters.
