Note that "invoke" method signature has added extra parameter called
"stream" in last release.

I had mistakenly thought this situation would have been handled automatically, since the
parameter is optional. However since we use the old metadata we don't know about the
new parameter in the engine and aren't supplying the default to the translator.
Dynamic vdbs are unaffected.
So we should address this on the Teiid side.

Either way it is better for Designer give that option to their users to choose streaming
or not for performance, or choose true by default.

Yes, they need to update the metadata on their side as well (the default is false and
I'm not sure if there's an issue already), but if don't address this on the
Teiid side as well, then all old vdbs will error out.
