exposed the reserved/processing memory settings as kb. updated the admin guide. add
actual batch size estimation logic roughly based on the mmx code - except that no
serializations are performed, and a sample based approach is taken toward
biginteger/bigdecimal to reduce the cost of size determination.
also fixed a type issue with aggregate order by processing
