Consolidated logic as best as possible to the sessionserviceimpl so that multiple domains
per transport is still a supported setting. But this will likely be removed from Teiid
9.

With TEIID-2863 the ability to assign multiple security domains per transport was removed
in favor of a per vdb scheme. However we still need to have it in place for backwards
compatibility.
