Bogus. The XML function I was looking for is not a 'function' it's part of
the language and will be handled by the parser, resolver, validator.
The FunctionLibrary has not been updated with the new XML functions.

While changing the Wed Service Importer to use the new XML functions, I discovered that
the Teiid FunctionLibrary is not up to date with these functions. Because of this I'm
unable to validate my transformations.
