Steven Hawkins resolved TEIID-1267.
-----------------------------------
Resolution: Done
Added support to create a compensating procedure if an update/delete has non-pushdown
constructs. This is essentially the same handling that exists for non-simple inherently
updatable views. The compensating action can only be performed if the table referenced by
the update has a unique key and the source supports equality predicates.
Add support for non-pushdown subquery evaluation on update
statements
