1) Other sources such as Oracle/MySQL (TEIID-1008) have issues with certain subqueries.
This scenario is simpler than TEIID-1008. Do any queries with subqueries work? What
about nested subqueries?
2/3)it doesn't like the cast to time with time zone. That should be straight-forward
to address.
4) Ingres believes this to be an invalid query. We could set widening numeric conversion
to implicit (to simplify the join condition) and see if it likes it then, otherwise this
would have to be a KI.
