Resolution: Done
using the fix from TEIID-1534 I added a mat view that could be searched using the
resultsetmetadata to return the proper oid/attnum values.
Also added support for determining autoincrement based upon the postgres jdbc driver (8.1
through 8.4).
also added direct parser support for positional parameter references since modifying the
sql in the odbc logic could mangle literal dollar amount.
