Seems a reasonable solution to the current problem or faulty labelling,
we could also create a second uber-category and relabel as follows:
Stable Tools (everything currently in "All")
Incubating Tools (everything currently not in "All")

install "All JBoss Tools" they now (at least if they read ;)
should come aware that top category is just a pretty good selection.
Any thoughts on that ? Better or Worse ?
