jira was set to fix version 4.3.x = I'm not looking at those.
Majority of the tasks in there is not for me so i've assigned it to you
and I suggest we go with having
this in its own repo since its supposed to be standalone anyway.

with just some minor updates and jobs are still using QE location
AFAIK until it's decided about final public destination.
