> When the workbench starts, selection listening works. I close the view, re-open it, and MOVE the view, and selection works. I close the view, do NOT move the view, and selection does NOT work. Then i move the view, and selection works magically.
> Basically, whenever the view is created, selection *does not* work. Then any of the following actions will allow selection-events to be received:
> - Switching to a previously hidden view
> - Moving focus to a different application, then back to eclipse
> - moving a view (any view) from one location to another

[JBoss JIRA] Created: (JBDS-288) Add JBDS version to menu item label
by Denis Golovin (JIRA)
Add JBDS version to menu item label
-----------------------------------
Key: JBDS-288
URL: http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBDS-288
Project: Developer Studio
Issue Type: Feature Request
Components: installer
Affects Versions: 1.1
Reporter: Denis Golovin
Assigned To: Marshall Culpepper
Priority: Minor
This issue mainly related to testing. Sometimes I have installed several version at the same time, that would be good to have version number+build number/date-time in menu items.
for example for nightly builds it can be JBoss Developer Studio 1.1.0.beta1.20080325005
for releases it would be JBoss Developer Studio 1.1.0.beta1
Now (see attached picture) if there are couple JBDS installed for testing there is no way to understand wich one to start :)
