It would be more appropriate to send touchstart/touchend/touchmove events. *Update:* Touch events now can be enabled from context menu or preferences. When touch events are enabled, cursor is surrounded by a circle. BrowserSim utilizes [the Phantom Limb library|https://github.com/brian-c/phantom-limb] (with some changes) to simulate touch events.
