> In Cordova Configuration Editor, Platform Properties mode:
> 1. Click Add for first features table (opens Cordova Plugin Discovery window)
> 2. Select check box for cordova item (e.g., org.apache.cordova.camera)
> 3. Click Next
> 4. Click Finish
> Outcomes:
> * "Camera" is added to feature table
> * "android-package" is added to parameter table
> * Following is added to file in config.xml mode
> {noformat}
> <feature name="Camera">
> <param name="android-package" value="org.apache.cordova.camera.CameraLauncher" />
> <param name="ios-package" value="CDVCamera" />
> </feature>
> {noformat}
> So looks like only the Android parameter is being added to the parameter table. Should the iOS parameter be automatically added to the parameter table too?

[JBoss JIRA] (JBDS-2812) Unable to Install JBoss Hybrid Mobile Tools + CordovaSim from Central

[ https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBDS-2812?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.... ]
Nick Boldt edited comment on JBDS-2812 at 10/24/13 12:19 PM:
-------------------------------------------------------------
The problem is that these two feature groups were not yet added to either the JBoss Central TP site or the JBDS update site.
{code}
org.jboss.tools.aerogear.hybrid.feature.feature.group
org.jboss.tools.vpe.cordovasim.feature.feature.group
{code}
So, I'll add them as uncategorized features on the JBDS 7.1.0.Beta1 (respin-a) site, so they can be found via Central (but not easily via the JBDS update site).
PRs to approve for the 3 branches (master, 4.1.x, Beta1x) - [~maxandersen], please review and +1 these, unless you want the features to be categorized on the JBDS 7.1 update site:

[JBoss JIRA] (JBIDE-15745) OpenShift Tools marker file changes are not committed on Publish

[~codemiller] thanks for reporting! But IMHO this is duplicate to JBIDE-15309 and should have been fixed in JBoss Tools 4.1.1.Alpha1. I'll thus close this as duplicate. If you still experience this in Alpha1 or any further version, please feel free to reopen this issue/file a new one.

> When I add OpenShift marker files (those in .openshift/markers) with Eclipse, I have found the marker files are created but not added to the Git repository. This means when you then use the IDE to Publish, the marker files are not pushed to OpenShift Online. An easy one to try to test this is Hot Deploy; if the change were picked up, this would be reflected in the console messages when the app is rebuilt.
> At the moment it looks like you have to do a manual 'git add .openshift/markers/*' before the files will be picked up, and also manually remove the files from Git when you want to delete a marker. I'm not sure if this is a bug or just a missing feature, but it does mean the user has to use the command line; it would be preferable to be able to stay in the IDE and have these file changes recognised by the IDE's Publish process.
