--------------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm using:
- Oracle jdk1.8.0_20 x64
- Windows 7 x64 (on Windows 8 x64 I realized the same issue)
- WildFly 8.1.0 downloaded from http://download.jboss.org/wildfly/8.1.0.Final/wildfly-8.1.0.Final.zip
- Eclipse JEE Luna SR1 for Windows x64 downloaded from http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/technology/epp/downlo...
Steps to reproduce this issue:
- Install all JBoss Tools 4.2.0.Final modules from marketplace
- Create a Runtime Environment:
-- Window > Preferences... > Server > Runtime Environments > Add...
-- Select WildFly 8.x Runtime
-- Next
-- Set Home Directory (my WildFly's directory is C:\wildfly-8.1.0.Final)
-- Select a Execution Environment or an Alternate JRE pointing to an Oracle jdk1.8.0_20 x64
-- Finish
- Create a new server from Servers view:
-- Select WildFly 8.x
-- Next
-- Use default options (server is local, controlled by filesystem and shell operations, using WildFly 8.x Runtime created on the last step)
-- Finish
- Create a Dynamic Web Project with the default options
- Create a simple servlet
- On Servers view, add the project to the server (WildFly 8.x)
- Start the server
- Change the servlet code
- On Servers view, make a publish
- On Servers view, make a clean
- The error should occur
I also tested with other Eclipse and other JBoss Tools versions and I reproduced the issue.

[~cathat] ok so this sounds like an intermittent failure. Is there any way to find a pattern on when/how this happens? Do you spot anything in the Eclipse log (<workspace>/.metadata/.log) when this happens?

[~mlabuda] good catch, yes, it looks like the json we get from the broker allows us to know. Thanks for looking it up!

> When I create a new openshift application using Openshift Application wizard, the application creation fails.
> If i choose a cartidge without knowing if it is scalable, my application is not created due to the following reasons.
> 1. I choose a cartridge, for example diy-0.1 and proceed to select the "Enable scaling " feature in the wizard. My app is not created as the cartiridge is not scalable.
> Error message:
> "Could not request https://openshift.redhat.com/broker/rest/domain/aakanksha/applications?in...: The cartridge 'diy-0.1' does not support being made scalable."
> 2. I choose a cartridge, for example haproxy-1.4 and proceed without selecting the "Enable scaling " feature in the wizard. My app is not created as the cartiridge is scalable.
> Error message:
> 1]Error Message:
> "Could not create application aakanksha
> Could not request https://openshift.redhat.com/broker/rest/domain/aakanksha/applications?in...: haproxy-1.4 cannot be added to existing applications. It is automatically added when you create a scaling application."
> Change requested:
> Somewhere in the UI the "enable scaling" and the list of cartridges should be linked.
> So If user selects a cartridge is not scalable and selects "Enable scaling" feature, the UI shows a warning sign.
> OR
> Once user selects "Enable scaling", only the list of cartridges that are scalable should be displayed in the UI and viceversa.

[JBoss JIRA] (JBIDE-18699) Angular.js is present in both supported and Early Access
by Karel Piwko (JIRA)
Karel Piwko created JBIDE-18699:
-----------------------------------
Summary: Angular.js is present in both supported and Early Access
Key: JBIDE-18699
URL: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-18699
Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
Issue Type: Feature Request
Components: central
Affects Versions: 4.2.0.Final
Environment: JBDS 8.0.0.GA
Reporter: Karel Piwko
If I click on enable early access in JBoss Central page Software/Update tab, Angular JS is in Early access.
However, it is in supported as well. I guess only Arquillian should pop up in early access.
