I try to investigate the quickimplementation variant, but here comes noreferer problem on Windows while getting xsl file. So, moved to 4.3.

Debate: do we need "streams" of early access listings, or can we assume that a unit is early access independently of the Eclipse/JBT installation that hosts it?
