According to the title, the installer should now be licensed by EPL. How does that translate to changes to github repo? Adding a license file is in a separate JIRA. But right now (JBDS 9.1.0.Beta2 and CR1 build from February 16), when you look in the installer jar, there is META-INF/LICENSE.txt which contains ASL. Shouldn't that be removed? And what else was supposed to change?
