My Eclipse workspace also resides in user A's home directory, i.e. {{C:\Users\A\workspace}}. I had the same issue with my wildfly residing und {{C:\wildfly}}. It seems to help to recursively change the owner of all files in both the wildfly directory and the workspace directory to the current user (user A). However, the error returns after some time so this is not a solution. I can list my projects and list the services inside a project using oc command line, but not able to list bc since it's not supported. The issue I want to report here is that JBT should list the services within the project and populate the logical view. Please feel free to let me know if any other things unclear.
