The bundled eap should be added silently. This doesn't work on Mac. This is most probably because there is a different directory structure on mac. By the way, DeployImagePage.createResourceNameControls() and createProjectControls() are almost identical and both classes have method TemplateListPage.onManageProjectsClicked().
