> Running the standalone installer file starts the devstudio install as expected, but twice I have noticed that the Next button is available to click (indicating that the installation has completed) when the status shows that only 2/3 of the installation steps are concluded. (see screenshot for this screen).

Misha Ali commented on JBDS-3924:
---------------------------------
Tried a third time, same environment as above, new installation folder and got only as far as 1/3 of the install, as indicated by the installer (see attached screenshot). The install has completed, but this is misleading to users. I've alerted Len about this and he is trying to reproduce it.

Hey [~akazakov]. It's a bit problematic IMO because it never actually completes. If a user does not notice the Next button is now available, they would wait for a very long time. If you do notice and click it, it works ok.

[JBoss JIRA] (JBDS-3934) Uninstall process results in odd things
by Misha Ali (JIRA)
Misha Ali created JBDS-3934:
-------------------------------
Summary: Uninstall process results in odd things
Key: JBDS-3934
URL: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBDS-3934
Project: Red Hat JBoss Developer Studio (devstudio)
Issue Type: Bug
Affects Versions: 10.0.0.GA
Environment: Fedora 23
Reporter: Misha Ali
Attachments: uninstall.png, uninstalled_but_running.png
I've tried to uninstall devstudio 10 GA a few times and got odd results. I'm trying to replicate one of the odd results, so I'll talk about the really odd one I just encountered:
1. Uninstalling by selecting both the the eclipse test instance and devstudio 10 results in restarting devstudio but without these two components available to uninstall. Surely uninstall should just remove devstudio and then exit devstudio.
