Broken Docker Explorer view
I just installed a brand new installation of Red Hat JBoss Developer Studio 10.1.0.AM3 which contains Docker Tooling 2.1.0.201608101805 on Windows and when I open Docker Explorer, it contains a red X and "Failed to create the part's controls". Also, there is a button that says Details > >.
There are two NPEs in the error log view.

[JBoss JIRA] (ERT-405) New connection created with wizard does not appear in the Docker Explorer view. [EBZ#499744]
by Friendly Jira Robot (JIRA)
Friendly Jira Robot created ERT-405:
---------------------------------------
Summary: New connection created with wizard does not appear in the Docker Explorer view. [EBZ#499744]
Key: ERT-405
URL: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ERT-405
Project: Eclipse Release Train
Issue Type: Task
Components: Linux Tools
Reporter: Friendly Jira Robot
Fix For: Neon.1 (4.6)
This is a regression: when creating a new connection using the Docker Explorer view, the view remains empty (the panel switches to the tree view instead of the explanation/link to create a connection), but the tree is empty (or the new connection is not added to the list of existing ones).

> Now that OpenJDK is being installed using the msi installer, a new possible issue has arisen:
> Basically it's the same problem we had with Vagrant and Virtualbox - one cannot simply try to reinstall msi package into a different folder.
