For <rich:toolBar>:
1) resizing in VPE should change "height" and "width" attributes
2) itemSeparator should be stretched when height of toolBar rather big
3) styleClass attribute doesn't work in VPE
4) should be correct priority of styles
See test file attached. Representation in VPE should be as in browser.
