I'm not sure why JBIDE-15784 and JBIDE-15811 exists for 4.1/4.2. That was true for
early days in 4.0 and 4.1 timeframe until it was set to be Tech Preview.

In JBoss Central, software/updates tab, Hybrid Mobile is labelled as
1. "JBoss Hybrid Mobile Tools + CordovaSim *(Experimental)*"
2. "by JBoss by ..., *Experimental*"
I think it is overkill to have "Experimental" twice. Can it just be in 2? Then
1. could be shortened and would look better.
