Hi Max, I didn't use -D for pointing to specific directory xml. SOA-P tooling was
listed right after the installation.
Nick you are right this looks like dupe of https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBDS-2123.

I tried to install SOA-P Tooling using the JBoss Central and after I clicked on install
button the following dialog appeared (see screenshot attached). Why is it saying that the
SOA-P Tooling connectors are not available? However I could complete the install.
