The org.jboss.tools.common.validation plugin includes the DirtyRegionProcessor class
copied from WTP and has a potential performance issue described in
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=397475. JBT creates the DirtyRegion[]
objects when opening Java editors.
