STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Open
trunk/jsf/tests/org.jboss.tools.jsf.vpe.jsf.test/resources/jsfTest/WebContent/pages/components/commandButton.jsp
in VPE on Linux.
2. Select commandButton1 and try to drag it over commandButton3.
RESULT:
commandButton3 is not highlighted (see LinuxVsWindows.png).
