Changed fix version to 4.2.0.CR1. Don't hesitate to change it. I just want to know
what is status of this issue if it is not outdated.

The idea is to provide functionality similar to Firebug's Style tab
([^firebug-style-tab.png]), but to make possible to *actually* change the CSS sources.
