All that changes work fine. Total install time for me moved from 3m50s (before Akami) to
2m55s (after Akamai).
So we probably need to update various documentations to add the steps about moving to
static/ and creating composite for TP and milestone/releases.

All our repositories that are either mirrors or target-platform are not updated often.
Then we could use Akamai to improve performances. At least these folders would be good:
