Well, I am arguing about relevance of label 'Edit..' for the button.
I could only find examples in ui with editor text+button using label 'Edit..',
where button invokes a dialog for editing not just content of the text field, but set of
properties of object, of which text field contained only name.
So, 'Edit' means 'edit the object' rather than suggests an alternative to
the text field.

Open palette editor and try to edit any macro using Palette Macro dialog.
All buttons have a value "Browse...". But if you press any of them,
"Edit..." dialog appears. I propose to rename buttons from "Browse..."
to "Edit" according to names of calling dialogs and functionality.
