[~rruss]I am not aware of 509 support in the initial OSv3, so I think we can postpone this
until we know more about OSv3 in general. Perhaps a JBDS 9.1

Currently customers are asking for RHC to support x509 Authentication with the broker
service (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1089703). The same is being asked of
JBDS
