I've also opened https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=459188 and attached a
patch. The issue I'm currently experiencing seems to stem from InternalAntRunner using
a HashMap (which allows null values) and passing the key/value in to (eventually) a
HashTable, which does not allow null values.
To be clear, this isn't the cause of this JIRA at all. This is just blocking me being
able to debug it in runtime workbench.
