Re: routing requests to eclipse.org ... we stopped doing that about 4 years ago when we
realized that eclipse.org mirrors are less consistently performant than
download.jboss.org. Now with akamai support, we're even better. So... no, we are not
going to change our repos to source from eclipse.org mirrors directly.

JBoss Tools Stable update site is a composite repository of three:
- JBoss Tools Itself
- JBoss Tools TP
- JBoss Tools Central TP
The result is when "Group items by category" is not set in Install dialog it
shows much more that JBoss Tools IU's.
