We cannot do anything with this issue, because this is system behaviour. But we will
change preferences storing to avoid the collisions.

Windows:
Preferences and about popup are modal(browserSim instances are disabled and cannot be
focused).
Ubuntu:
About popup is modal, Preferences popup disables only window from which it is called.
Mac OS:
On Mac OS windows are not fully modal(browserSim instances are disabled(we cannot browse
through the page, go to another address, etc.), but we can focus on this windows)
Need to fix behaviour on Linux.
