This is quite an old issue for which the JIRA has not yet been marked as resolved. From
looking at the latest docs, I can see that 3.3.7 of the Visual Web Tools Reference Guide
contains a Note box specifically about users wishing to use their own DTD or XML Schema
(http://docs.jboss.org/tools/nightly/trunk/en/jsf/html_single/index.html#S...).
I am assuming this issue is resolved and marking it as such. Please reopen if this is not
the case.

If a user places an updated dtd of their own at their own url they will not get the
updated dtd, but rather they get the one from the hibernate-core jar.
