We can get properties from seam-gen propertied file. Fix for this issue will affect all
seam wizards except Seam Web Project wizard itself.

Currently the Seam wizards only support WTP style projects. seam-gen style projects are
only supported by the this seam-gen wrapper. Although the seam-gen wrapper works for
existing applications, it would be nice to use the wizards. Please see the forum
