Old preferences that've been stored to IResource.setPersistentProperty() now get
loaded on the first run of , then on the first save they will be saved to the new location
and next time will be used from there.

If I create a project with settings using Page Design Options in one WorkSpace and when
import it to another WorkSpace I lose all data from options. It's not comfortable to
print all settings again manually.
